  • It all begins with an introductory call. We discuss your vision and get to know you on a personal level - where is your destination, who are you traveling with, what’s your traveling style, etc. From there, we will explain the pricing structure and timeline on delivering a proposal. Once that is fine-tuned and satisfactory, we’ll take care of the rest! Your travel needs are supported through the end. First, we’ll need you to complete our Client Form so we have your basic information.

  • We provide all booking services for hotels, flights, transportation, excursions, travel insurance and more. We focus on 4-5 star luxury accommodations with concierge service and VIP experiences, taking care of all the negotiations so you don’t have to. We are here to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

  • We do not charge any service or planning fees for hotels. We just utilize our incredible partners to elevate your experience better than if you booked on your own.

  • Should you desire a fully planned itinerary including more than just a hotel, we charge an upfront planning fee to cover our time, effort and negotiations to curate your trip. Our fees are tier structured and based on the scope of your trip.

  • We know you are capable of handling things on your own, but working with us means added perks!
